VIDEO: Prepping for Another Record Flood

In 2009, the City of Moorhead narrowly avoided disaster when the Red River swelled to 40.9 feet. Weather experts predict a 41 foot crest this spring.  We went to "Sandbag Central," a public works facility that produces 30,000 sandbags per day. City officials say they are on track to have 1.5 million sandbags made and in place before the flood arrives.
