VIDEO: Beyond Health Care's Talking Points

During the debate about health care reform, many Minnesotans became well-informed about the most controversial pieces of the Affordable Care Act, while hearing little about the basics of the law. Minnesota 2020 discussed the law's key policy points -- widening access, paying for it, and controlling future costs -- with Professor Lynn Blewett at the University of Minnesota's School of Public Health.
