VIDEO: School Choice Forces Costly Competition

Open enrollment means more options for more Minnesota families.  It also means increased competition for resources in a time of shrinking state aid to schools.  Districts who strive to offer a wide variety in choice, like St. Paul Public Schools, are making larger marketing and outreach efforts to reach prospective students and families and the dollars they represent.
