VIDEO: Minnesota History Repeats Itself

Laotian farmers and merchants have created an impressive marketplace in the Twin Cities. In many cases they've done this by saving up over long periods of time. Stronger public policy aimed at connecting these business owners with community banks would give them better access to capital so they can expand more cost efficiently.
