Getting Business Moving, Literally

Starting a business takes lots of capital banks aren't usually willing to lend first-time business owners during a recession, if at all.  But now in Minneapolis and St. Paul, entrepreneurs looking to open a deli or coffee shop have a new option to get their businesses moving, literally.
