VIDEO: Bored in Class? Bike!

What started out as an experiment has become a classroom routine. Educators at Garlough Environmental Magnet School in West St. Paul were looking for a way to prevent students from sitting still for too long during the day. Following research that shows a child's brain is most active during and after rapid physical activity, the school found a new way to get kids active and still stimulate learning.

Let them bike in class. Well, not actually bike, but something like it and more... Watch:
