Video: Why Adjunct Professors Want a Union

Adjunct Professors are joining together to have a voice by becoming a union. Many adjunct professors aspire to become full time professors while others enjoy the life of an adjunct. Though the price of tuition rises, adjuncts generally make poverty-level wages. Adjunct professors have invested the same amount of time in money into their educations as full time professors they believe it's only ethical to form a union to have a voice in the way they are being treated.
