VIDEO: A Positively Cooperative Bakery

You don't have to be a Bob Dylan fan to pick up a loaf of artesian bread from the Positively 3rd Street Bakery in Duluth.  You should, though, know about the store's distinguishing feature: it's been a worker-owned cooperative business model for nearly three decades.  By gradually earning a full share membership of the company, workers get a say in how the business is run, envolvment and outreach in the community, and get rewarded when the company does well.  

We talked to Dan Proctor, a long time worker-owner about the short-term and long-term ways the cooperative model fits in to his community.
