VIDEO: Call for Civic Engagement

As baby boomers ages, they present demographers and policymakers with challenges and opportunities. Their workforce exit will open up jobs for a younger generation, but they will also be taking a vast wealth of experience from the workplace. Also, as boomers retire, they present the nonprofit community with experienced volunteers.
