Meg Reid, Hindsight Community Fellow

Meg Reid

A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Meg Reid is a sophomore at Macalester College in St. Paul. She is studying Biology with a concentration in Community & Global Health.

As an original interest in the way that diseases affect the body and society developed into a passion for public health, Meg began to focus on health care policy. She spent one semester devoted to the health care reform movement and comparitive health care politics. She is especially interested in women’s health and sexual and reproductive issues.

When she’s not studying public health, Meg plays her ukulele and celebrates the fact that she is done with Organic Chemistry. After having spent spring of 2012 writing health care policy as an Undergraduate Research Fellow at MN2020, Meg continues to contribute as a Hindsight Community Fellow.
